Siew Yen began her legal career in the Disputes Resolution department of an international law firm in London from 2013 to 2014. Upon returning to Malaysia, she practiced in the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions team of a leading law firm with a global presence from 2015 to 2020. She was a legal consultant for a multinational pathology and diagnostic services company in 2020, prior to founding Louis, Tai & Partners in 2021. Siew Yen regularly advises and assists multinational and domestic corporate clients on complex mergers and acquisitions and a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Her experience spans a variety of sectors including healthcare and life sciences, technology, media and telecommunication, education, manufacturing, financial services and luxury distribution.
