Janice began her legal career in a leading Malaysian law firm in 2022 and subsequently practised at another prominent firm in 2023, focusing on banking and finance matters, where she advised on a wide range of financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated loans, projects and acquisitions financing and debt restructuring.

She joined Louis, Tai & Partners in 2024, where her current practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, general corporate and commercial matters, and employment law. Janice has assisted and advised multinational corporations and domestic corporate clients across diverse industries, including healthcare and life sciences, infrastructure and utilities, semi-conductor, telecommunications and projects-related work.
