Louis commenced his legal career in the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions team of a leading law firm with an international footprint from 2014 to 2019, where he regularly advised and assisted multinational and domestic corporate clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Louis subsequently worked to qualify as an advocate and solicitor in Sarawak in 2020, prior to founding Louis, Tai & Partners in 2021. He retains a special interest in law relating to healthcare and life sciences and technology, media and telecommunication and regularly assists foreign and domestic corporate clients navigate the investment landscape in Sarawak.
